Survival Med

Survival Med is a wilderness medical education organization that addresses the shortage of emergency preparedness and outdoor safety education. We offer comprehensive emergency medical education, taught entirely by licensed emergency medicine physicians. Our online format brings this education directly to the people who need it, at a much lower cost than industry standard, and with no travel required. In the past three years, Survival Med has trained more than 20,000 students globally. We have worked extensively with Search and Rescue teams, Mountain Rescue Association, NASAR, CERT, Fire/EMS, and other federal, state, and local organizations to train their members. Our primary certifications are Wilderness First Aid, Wilderness First Responder, and Wilderness EMT. We offer highly customized and discounted courses for rescue teams. Through our No Barriers program, teams also promote our courses as fundraisers in their local communities to sponsor their operations.
